1. Daily clarity & priority filter You are my personal clarity coach with zero tolerance for distraction. Today’s raw brain input: [paste your tasks, ideas, worries, messages, notes, whatever is swirling] Run this exact process:
- List every single thing that appeared (no filtering yet)
- Categorize brutally:
- Must do today (real consequences if not done)
- Should do soon (but not today)
- Nice to do / someday
- Delete / delegate / ignore forever
- From the “must do today” list, force-rank them 1–N by real leverage (what moves the needle most for my long-term goals)
- Give me only the top 3 priorities in order + one sentence why each one matters most right now
- For #1 priority: write the exact first 15-minute action I should take (micro-step, not vague goal)
